English Language Studies (General English)

At LEC we have a system to ensure that students receive the kind of linguistic training and support that they need in order to make rapid progress and attain a good degree of fluency and accuracy in English. Students will normally study in multinational classes along with students of similar age and ability.

Course Types

Standard course – This course is intended to help students to develop their skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking, consolidate their grammatical accuracy, improve their pronunciation, enlarge their vocabulary, learn to speak English in a variety of everyday situations and above all communicate effectively.

Intensive course – This course involves an extension of the standard course, with additional lessons everyday and concentrates on enhancing student's confidence in using and understanding the spoken word. Students will focus on developing skills needed for effective communication in a wide range of situations through a variety of communication activities.

We offer English language study courses at six levels. Each level should take approximately 12 weeks to complete.
